The Hanley Law (239) 649-0050 recently discovered that according to FINRA’s Disciplinary and Other FINRA Actions publication, Patrick James Manriquez (CRD #4073542) was barred by FINRA for allegedly converting $20,000 from a customer for his personal use.
FINRA’s findings allege that Manriquez submitted four (4) outgoing wire transfer requests not authorized by the customer, causing the firm to wire the funds from an account owned by the customer to a third-party bank account owned by Manriquez’s mother, which he then used for his personal use.
According to FINRA’s Broker Check, Patrick James Manriquez has been permanently barred from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities to the public. (See FINRA AWC No. 2015044013001)
Manriquez was registered in the securities industry for fifteen (15) years with the following firms:
