The Hanley Law recently discovered that according to FINRA’s Disciplinary and Other FINRA Actions publication, Kamran Daryush Nougzust (CRD No. 5787549) former Wells Fargo broker located in Boynton Beach Florida was barred by FINRA for allegedly failing to provide requested documents and information regarding an investigation into allegations that Nougzust improperly obtained $99,500 from a Bank trust account. According to FINRA’s Broker Check, Kamran Nougzust has been barred from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities to the public. Nougzust was registered in the securities industry for three (3) years and was previously registered with the following securities firm(s):
